Robert & Tani Buchanan

Robert and Tani have married over 25 years and have 3 children. Robert grew up in MN and Tani grew up in MO. They met at Vennard Bible College and have been together in love ever since.  Robert teaches math in the Ottumwa Public High School and Tani works in IT dept, at Pella Corporation. We enjoy watching movies, graphing quadratic equations, scrapbooking, photography and dreaming of hunting and pestering our children. The Buchanan's are aware that we are all broken people and it is only by the grace of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ that we are able to server both God and man.

Randy & Sherry, married over 19 years, are  parents to 8 children and grandparents to 8. Randy has an Associates Degree in Computer Systems Networking. He also has diplomas in Photography and Outdoor Writing, being published in both fields. For the past 10+ years he & Sherry have been owners of Sha-Ran Window Services. Randy's hobbies include collecting Bibles with a focus on 19th century or earlier volumes and also collecting historic flags. For fun he loves taking pictures of the great outdoors and spending time with their family.

Randy grew up riding the church bus as a child. He found Christ as his Savior in early adulthood. He has served in various capacities in the church including singing in the choir & serving in the nursery. He has also served as Deacon & Elder. Randy & Sherry feel blessed now to be part of this Lifehouse church family.

Terry & Cyndi Acord

Terry and Cyndi are long-time residents of the Oskaloosa area and have been married for 19 years. Between the two of them they have five grown children (Terry has one daughter and one son; while Cyndi has three girls). In addition, they have a running total of 12 grandchildren.

While they both enjoy retirement, Cyndi enjoys babysitting the grand kids along with reading and Terry likes to fish and help the neighbors.

Terry's faith journey began over 21 years ago with a challenge to God to prove Himself real. Cyndi attended church all her life. Both continued to grow in their faith as they serve both young and old sharing how God has worked in their lives and being an encouragement to those they meet along the way.
